Struggling to think of any.

Cons

This company is out of touch with property management trends and employee needs. Leasing agent commissions have been nearly eliminated, high performers go unrecognized, and the culture is exclusive unless you’re part of Minnesota corporate. The organization is extremely top-heavy, which results in poor pay for field employees while unnecessary upper-management roles absorb resources. My experience was negative, and I would not recommend working here.

Pros

They hire good people so coworkers are fun. Free lunches and can be a decent resume builder.

Cons

The leaders are very convincing and it takes time to see behind the curtain that they're frauds, the company is in trouble and many of the properties are way underperforming. No accountability from leadership so blame gets placed on anyone but them.
