The experience of working as an academic tutor is not only extremely rewarding but helps my personal understanding of subject matter. Working with my peers in order to help them further understand their coursework is an extremely beneficial experience.

Cons

I personally do not like how the timecard system functions. The system makes it difficult to change hours or correct mistakes in the system.
