Pros

They were a great company to work for, they helped me grow and they cared about their employees. The people I worked with had great camaraderie. Safety was key in everything we did, and I never felt in danger even while working in the quarry.

Cons

Its hard for there to be movement up the chain, but if you love what you do it doesn't matter too much.
