Pros

Good compensation, good people, good growth opportunity, and strong safety culture. Overall a great place to make a career. Lots of people here that stay in the company for 10-20 years. Many who leave end up coming back.

Cons

Old family owned business needs help to modernize in some ways. The company and the aggregate industry in general is a little behind the times on things like work from home policies and comp time.
