Awful environment. Headquarters is full of people that just come to work 8-5 and that's it. Incredibly boring company

Do your job and life is good. They do see hard work and will keep you working as business is seasonal.

Cons

For the most part forget career growth/ advancement... once a whatever always a whatever. If you know what you are getting into and are o.k. with then go ahead.
