Fairly steady work 6 days a week

Cons

Management is horrible. Craig has been known to micromanage all supervisors and fire superintendents for standing up to him. He has gone as far as to take hours off employees time sheets so he wouldn't get in trouble for our hours by corporate after he made us work it.
