They Kept Customers Credit Cars information on file for years which was against company policy. When I came on I shredded it and the other CSR threw a fit. I was not backed up by management on his attitude, nothing was done. I was an outsider and not who they wanted for this position. I was hired by there Corp Office. The site had no idea I was hired until my first day. The other CSR belittled me on a regular basis (it was a male). He told me we should not be equals because he had been there longer than me. Our job titles were equal, I needed to be trained. It was made to look as I wasn’t doing my job and making mistakes, the bosses didn’t back me up. He was smart enough to make sure he did this when nobody was around. It finally got to the point where they said that I yelled at him when asking for something. I didn’t. There was a plastic partition plus a wall between him and I. Yes my voice was loud, I never yelled as he claimed. He came out to me and said if I ever did that again there were going to be big problems. I went to my bosses right away and said he threatened me. They came back at me and said I must have done something really bad to him for him to threaten me. I took the next two days off because I was afraid of what he would do or how he would treat me. I went to my doctor due to my anxiety from this incident. I was let go from my position the following week because they said a fellow employee heard me raise my voice at this other CSR and we both couldn’t get along together.
