Oh where to start.. horrible training, undercut on commissions, long hours, split commissions with other sales associate regardless of time spent, favoritism towards certain salespeople, very high turnover

Pros

Free popcorn and cookies everyday. Got a call from GM after I was wrongfully fired and was told it was a mistake and he was sorry and that I could come back anytime. It really was a nice gesture and I made me feel better about how horribly I was treated.

Cons

I don't even know where to begin. This place wore me down so bad, so fast. High stress, high tension for absolutely no reason other than power trips from management. Harassment (and I hate when people throw that word around because they just aren't getting their way.) I mean, legit harassment and NOTHING would ever be done because managers are all friends. Pay is horrible for the hours you're putting in and the stuff your putting up with. My job was customer service and retention. Sales and finance would lie and cheat to get a sale, infuriate the customer that had already been there for at least 5 hours, never rectify their mistakes and then blame me when I couldn't get customers to give us 5 stars on our reviews. Service was just as bad if not worse. Then in meetings with Bob Rohrman, I was told by management never to "throw any of the other managers under the bus in front of Rohrman. Riggghhhhhttttttttttt, so I'm supposed to let you guys run this location into the ground with your shiesty sales tactics and then cover for you after you harass me everyday. Got it. Bob Rohrman is, in the nicest way I can put it, a racist, chauvinistic pig who doesn't care about ANYTHING other than his bank account. He went on a 10 minute rant about Mexicans at our company Christmas party and ended up calling a new Latina employee Maria after he asked her to stand up. Her name wasn't Maria. Managers(me) had $50 taken out of their check at Christmas time for a gift for Bob Rohrman. You know, the millionaire. I was told I HAD TO. He got a new suit with $50 bills stuffed into all of the pockets. We got a tin of popcorn and a fruit basket in return as our company gift. Avoid this company like the plague. Bob Rohrman is horrible and so is his company.

Pros

I get paid pretty good cause I've Threatened to leave so much. And you can do allot of things without getting fired

Cons

The service manager is always talking with his friends and he's never available when one of his workers need him. The used car manager is too high off his own importance. Too much in fighting. Awful place to work. Un unionized so the pay sucks.
