Pros

I have never worked anywhere that had people this smart. It is one of those companies that you are surprised every day by how high quality the people are. And the crazier thing is how much they all care. I have made friends here that I will never forget and I am proud to call the people my colleagues. I am pushed to be better, stronger, faster all the time - which is something that I love.

Cons

The pace here is fast. It's great because it means I get to learn all the time but if you are looking for an easy job, this is not for you. The time zones are also really challenging. We have offices in Sydney, London, and New York and to get people from all three on a call is almost impossible.

I have worked at Rokt for a long time and the glassdoor reviews have always been confusing. Why do people want to make personal attacks here? Rokt is not perfect there are plenty of things to fix but it seems crazy how angry some reviews seem. Have experienced good things here. Nice people. Nice manager, good work, fun events. overall I don't have bad things to say
