      Pros

      -Amazing benefits: Catered lunches, flexible work schedule, social/wellness stipend, telephone stipend, technology stipend, high 5 days (bonus days given if you use your PTO) -Fast-Pace environment - Work with the most talented people in the world + the cutest dogs in the world.

      I love the teams, and everyone is supportive of each other. Cool office and cool events

      Cons

      We've gone through a rough period with covid and I think it took us some time to get back on track. Growth is back and is pretty incredible and our headcount has started growing again which has reduced some of the pains around us.

      Great company, lots of perks, solving hard problems

      Pros

      Rokt is a fast paced environment where they are trying to solve really difficult problems for clients. This is exhilarating, hard and interesting all at the same time. Rokt has some of the smartest people you will find, and everyone works collaboratively together to solve these problems. The perks are very good - salary, stock, nice office, lunches 3x per week, company offsite in Hawaii this year, lots of opportunity to travel, etc, etc If you like to be challenged, work hard, develop and really solve client problems, this is a place for you.

      Cons

      Solving complex problems is complex, and hard! You have to be able to come to a problem with a few different solutions, be prepared to be challenged and move on - this can be difficult for some people. The company is also growing up and continue to scale quickly - so again, you have to be prepared for change and adversity.
