      The kind of environment that helps you build both skills and confidence. Given real responsibility from the start. Opportunities to see projects through from beginning to end. Mistakes treated as learning moments, not problems. Level of independence that supports long-term growth.

      Pros

      Managers give you the room to experiment and try new things. It’s nice to know that my work really affects many customers and transactions – nothing theoretical. The team is strong technically, and there’s a lot of collaboration and idea-sharing. The company wants to prevent its people from burning out, which is obvious from the perks it offers – competitive salary, equity, catered lunches, gym membership, and extra leave.

      Don’t expect 100% predictability here; you have to be flexible when deadlines hit.

      The people who work here are very talented.

      The negative reviews have many 20-50 upvotes each. The positive reviews usually have fewer than 5. This implies that there is deep discontent about the company. I believe this is because Rokt pushes its values very aggressively; people who do not agree feel marginalised and alienated. If you do not think you can go 100% along with what the company wants you to be, then I do not recommend working here.
