Pros
Company does a good job recognizing their employees with employee recognition events and newsletters. RPP even gives free lunches to their employees.
Cons
The president says one thing about getting the employee turnover rate down and making sure the managers/directors do everything possible before an employee is terminated but his actions and the actions of RPP tell a different tale. If you are not part of the president's inner circle BEWARE. You could be terminated at any time for little to no reason. He will smile in your face one day and the next day you will be gone. On the surface it appears everything is great at RPP but ask the employees who work there everyday. This company seeks to be one of the Greatest Places to Work. Yeah!!! They will never achieve that goal with their current management and leadership. I even heard they told one employee that their position is being eliminated and their skillset is no longer up to par to what they expect ON EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY!!! Sound like one of the Greatest Places to Work to you?
