      Good WLB Good 401k Low expectations - easy to outperform

      Cons

      Culture is very old - Everyone has to wear ties and dress clothes at work else they get fired Too many rules. Very strict work from home rules. Have to be in office by 9am else you will get a warning from manager. Zero Innovation Zero Growth, you become expensive if promoted hence you wont be promoted easily Lack of appetite for growth or doing something new A severe shortage of young people and people who are working on anything exciting
