      Pros

      I had the pleasure of working at Rollins, Inc. this year, and it was a great company. If i did not have to relocate, I would have definitely chosen to stay with Rollins. The best thing about working for this company, were the people. The employees and management here are one of a kind.

      Pros

      I appreciate the strong company culture, open-door policy with management, and team-oriented work environment. While there is a very conservative, corporate feel, most everyone who is relaxed and willing to help or lend an ear.

      Cons

      While slow improvements are being made to bring the company into the 21st century, some of the practices and the general-vibe feel dated (i.e. requiring women to wear pantyhose with dresses/skirts).

      Pros

      None. People outside are great but if you work for support, management is a nest of vipers that will literally tell you things like "just do it and make sure someone else gets fired if it goes wrong".

      Cons

      The most unethical band of louts you can ever work for. The CIO and his cronies are terrible people. Do yourself a favor, never work for IT here.

      We are very proud of our dedicated and hardworking IT employees at Rollins. We are cutting edge, customer service focused, and we demand a strong work ethic. Our goal is to have long-term relationships with our customers and employees. But not every employee can thrive in this fast-paced environment, and we are always disappointed when the company or the employee decides we are not a good fit. We wish this individual complete success in their next position.
