Pros

It was a good job.

Cons

Benefits suck, pay sucks, doing too much stuff for free. Chemical usage cut so shareholders can get more money and customers not happy. Even some builders dropped us because we're charging too much for things we're not doing. Been here over 10 yrs, but writing is on the wall. Need to look at other offers. Top techs get popsicles instead of raise.

Great co-workers, flexible schedule, local branch managers are great and listen to techs, sales staff, and admin. Long term career available.

Cons

Car allowance is minimal compared to what you actually use; never see upper management in local branches; technology outdated; no local marketing dollars spent; uniform goals for every market- regardless whether it's realistic or not.
