Pros

Strong financially, customer focused, cares for employees, stable presence in the industry and community, a great place to work, longevity with employees which says a lot about possibility for retirement.

Cons

Flexibility with dress code - consider business casual dress (there's a way to do it and still look professional), consider some type of remote working policy (a day or two week).

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective as a leader in our organization. Your notes are balanced and fair. We do understand your concern with the company's conservative dress code guidelines. The company believes that neat clothing and grooming standards present a professional business appearance to our customers who trust us in their homes and place of business. However, we do periodically review this policy among others and make recommended adjustments as needed. Also, as a people leader, consider speaking with your management team about ways in your group that remote work could be beneficial for both the individual and the company.

We are glad to hear that you are enjoying your time at Rollins! We do offer work-life balance and a friendly work environment! Rollins is a company that promotes from within, as well as encourages and supports our employees in their career development and growth. We would recommend reaching out to your manager to develop a plan on what skills you would like to learn/improve on and the training required to accomplish this. Career advancements can sometimes also come in the form of other assignments or roles designed to either broaden or specialize your skills.

Pros

Fair company especially if you're OK with 60 hour week.

Cons

Many differences in policy from location to location makes it seem like you work for a different company whenever you transfer, get promotion, etc.
