-Great opportunities for younger generation and graduates willing to relocate on short placements -Nice working Environment -Decent people

Cons

-Some functions (PM) were dectralised, therefore now lacking specialism -Overly process orientated -very middle management heavy - although that seems to be changing under Warren East.
