      Higher than average pay, great career growth opportunity in many industries across the globe, caring executives that want to help you succeed in your personal growth plan. Ok benefits.

      Cons

      Large corporation that has the usual cumbersome policies that make change slow. Individual sectors/divisions have tailored policies and information systems so finding correct information takes longer( company working to improve this and it has gotten much better over the last several years.

      Poor IT structure. 10 years behind the time. Too much bueracracy slows down decision making.
