The only good thing is the name above the door

The wages the highest paid are team leaders £ 12.00 an hour the lowest £7.60 on average 8.50 agency its a joke ran by inexperienced managers ( graduate) training ground at the pipe making nuneaton

At time you may feel a lack of notice for your hard work which is sometimes common in a company this large.

Pros

Good pay and benefits except for new workers who get screwed.

Cons

Retirees not allowed in any plant for any reason. Management shows no appreciation to any worker who gives more than 100% effort on their job. Need to cross train employees.
