      Pros

      Process driven and customer focused company. Caring employer. A very good company with plenty of opportunities to move around internally. If you can settle in the region and comfortable with the lifestyle it brings, RR is a good company to work for (a long time).

      Cons

      Matrix organisation with different sometimes not aligned objectives. Internal battles are time consuming, frustrating and hinder employee's productivity.

      Pros

      Offer good benefits for employees, will try to bring low wages employees up to maket. Offer Sharesave programs for employees.

      Cons

      Employees don't see and feel any incentive for doing their jobs. No rewarding even you have done an outstanding job!

      Large, global company with good prospects Takes care of its employees with good pensions, share options and healthcare International prospects for certain roles, with the company expanding into many new markets Good work life balance Good sector breadth

      Cons

      Can seem too big at times, often feel a small cog in a very big machine IT and HR support can be slow Change is incredibly hard to implement, everything takes time
