      Great exercise, good to learn management/communications skills (even as a part timer), lots of interesting problems to solve (like color matching), job security (with common sense), relatively easy to move up if you want to

      Cons

      Overworked (just not enough staff), pay is not great, the company in general does not care about their staff.
