      Generous pay if you’re a go getter Open and close times are nice Playing with colors is so fun Genuine connections with customers Learn valuable costumer services skills 401k matching

      Cons

      Short staffed stores Little to no breaks for full shifts Expected to stay hours after close when not scheduled for those times Management is hit or miss Line out of door the second we open until closed due to short staffing Ac outages during 100 degree weather causing employees and customers so suffer Asked to hold pee and ring up customers. Asked to clean fecal matter off men’s restroom floor (is a woman)

      Pros

      Learn new skills in an industry that is often overlooked. Meet great people. Always an opportunity to move up.

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunities for certain demographics to move past full time or assistant manager after 2-3 years in that position. Employees are overworked and undercompesnated minus the celebrate points which are nice but aren't practical in a failing economy. High turn over in districts with terrible management. Favoritism is very prominent. Appropriate raises dont happen as often as they should.
