Pros

Amazing benefits: health insurance, 401k, company match, vacation, paid maternity leave. Ability to be promoted fast and earn increasingly higher bonuses based on sales volume and account growth. Company encourages people who move to different states for work. Great experience for learning to make exhaustion, pressure, and stress manageable and even rewarding. Helpful tools at your disposal to learn how to run your own store business, but with corporate money.

Cons

Long hours for salaried managers. Physical labour can be exhausting. Lots of outdated paperwork requirements that waste time and mental energy; could be done more easily via computer. Sometimes district management will raise sales budget to unattainable levels and you’re guaranteed to have a bad year. Supply chain for product is iffy at best. Constantly dealing with staffing shortages, district management refuses to raise hiring wage for part-time workers. They make it difficult to promote your part-time workers. Frequent network outages and painfully slow internet.
