Pros

I loved the company especially the innovative thinking and drive of the executive team. Most of the employees were amazing to work with.

Cons

When the market started changing so did the company and upper management. The change happened after specific mergers and those coming into the company did not have the same community outlook as the people they replaced. The shift in environment went from let's build something amazing together to what do I need to do to make sure I can get ahead. Transparency and communication about the company direction became almost non-existent. Even managers were not being made aware of directional changes. Many teams were difficult to work with cross-functionally. Some upper managers cut out those who were tasked with projects to ensure they remained with the company.

Pros

The company offers a strong work-life balance and fosters a positive, supportive environment with a dedicated and welcoming team. The CEO brings inspiring leadership, contributing to a motivated and optimistic atmosphere. As a growing company, it was exciting to see its potential, and I was genuinely optimistic about its future.

Cons

The role suffered from a lack of clear direction and consistent communication from management, which impacted the overall engagement and productivity of the work. Expectations were often set without providing sufficient feedback or examples, leaving gaps in understanding, particularly challenging in an entry-level role. The manager’s approach could be variable and at times unpredictable, creating a communication style that was sometimes difficult and uncomfortable to navigate.
