Pros

Great opportunity to be involved and own projects that have meaningful impact on company's growth and future. Best of both worlds: balanced life and abundance of amazing projects to work on. Love the culture, everyone is in sync and always ready help out. Very collaborative and easy going environment, while getting things done. Amazing executive team with a ton of industry experience and connections, which helps with growth, funding and trajectory. They bring the vision and are always available.

Cons

Many ongoing initiatives, which makes it hard to sometime see progress. But that's a problem of any startup.

Pros

In addition to the excitement of working at a small startup that is quickly establishing itself within its respective industry, the best part of coming to work everyday is the team of hard-working and supportive colleagues. Management fosters a very positive and friendly work culture that encourages collaboration and dedication to our mutual success. The office is also fantastic - an elegantly designed space you feel comfortable spending time in. Very flexible vacation package that employees feel comfortable using.

Cons

My only drawback with the office is the lack of availability of affordable parking in any of the lots/garages near the office. Street parking is also occasionally hard to come by.

- Fun culture of an early start-up - Great business model with lots of potential - Inspired leaders - Collaborative team spirit across departments - Well-funded with respected VC backers - Industry business expertise as well as product/engineering excellence - Great location, just a block from BART in hip Uptown Oakland

Cons

- Running out of space with our rapid growth - this is being worked on
