Pros

- PTO and medical benefits are great - Awesome investment in tech - Great for those with an entrepreneurial spirit - Remote environment helps promote work life balance

Cons

- Senior leadership below the c-suite is not very seasoned and lacks direction/development - "I" centric culture where you succeed if you focus on your accomplishments over team accomplishments - Favoritism rampant up and down the org chart - Areas of the business are too conservative while not taking a salesman approach; its okay to take a slap on the wrist in the future for revenue gains today

Pros

- Honest, experienced, transparent, and very well-connected / industry veteran C-suite - Great culture full of "A players" with a team mindset - Entrepreneurial environment - Powerful/exciting combination of complementary single family business lines under one roof - Lots of upside / growth potential for the business. Growth potential similar to a startup (largely due to the massive total addressable market) alongside the higher stability of a more mature company

Cons

Macro environment has proven difficult over the last 2-3 years due to higher rates resulting in slowdown in the transaction side of the business. Feels like this is behind us with transaction volume beginning to increase, and Roofstock has proven more resilient than other companies in the industry
