Pros

You will work in lots of different projects. So there's never a dull moment. It's a place you will learn a lot technically and improve your soft skills. The company is always trying to grow in different areas and if you show interest, you can spearhead efforts. Fellow developers are always willing to help and leadership are very approachable. In terms of perks, there is a company medical insurance plan. The company will pay for any certification you wish to take such as Drupal or Symphony. In non covid times there are end of year getaways. Overall I recommend it.

Some times there are unrealistic timeframes in which to deliver projects or tasks.
