Pros

Health Benefits Pay Kitchen is always fully stocked

Cons

Manager - lacks experience. Doesn't communicate well with team and always playing on phone. Leaves early or doesn't come in at all without notice. Co-workers - they "train" new employees. Poor training and annoyed when asked questions. Work schedule - forced to stay until assigned attorneys give the okay to go home. Work isn't distributed equally. Attorneys can be extremely rude, mean, and very demanding; manager allows such behavior.

Good pay

Pros

High pay >$180K per year. Many of the associates are great, but a large number of the best ones leave after a few years. Support staff is fantastic.

Cons

No empathy for 50% of senior associates and partners. Outrageously long hours. Everything is treated as urgent even when it is not.
