Pros

LOL - none. All the good attorneys are gone.

Cons

Management plays favorites, is racist, and has no understanding of paralegal tasks.

Pros

Great work-life balance and great firm to work for!

Cons

You’re the support side at a law firm so you’re undervalued and underpaid. A lot of red tape and little care for employee happiness (again this is definitely more apparent on the support side).
