Absolutely awful, aimless, clueless management

Pros

Offices in the Pru are nice. Too bad they didn't upgrade technology when they upgraded space.

Cons

Glaciers form and melt faster than management decision making processes. Change implementation is a haphazard mess, with no true leaders, mutually exclusive priorities, personality contests and a near insurmountable preference for "but that's the way we've always done it".

Company is great, they take real interest in you. It's a small office part of a big Law firm so you still get that familly feeling. The benefits are awesome and the pay is great as well.

Cons

Big Law firm headquarters trying yo change the culture of our Chicago office! Lack of staff members in our local Chicago office.
