Good company, hard to meet others outside of your own department

Pros

Overall, people are very friendly (on the lawyer and staff side). The firm treats employees very well and seems to be interested in making this a great place to work. Good benefits and pay.

Cons

Depending on your position, it is hard to get to know people outside of your group or department, so it can be challenging to "feel part of the community" since you don't get to know many other people.
