too much work is hoarded in boston. the one firm approach does not really work - hard to get significant feedback from people you do not see on a regular basis. the 1900 target was hard to meet - even though the firm announced bonuses, was hard to understand why some got them and some did not

Clicky, backstabbing, arrogant. Middle management should learn the employment laws in Mass 3 person team, lead and two equal secretaries. Lead returning to day work. One employee, prior managing partner assistant who thought she was god's gift to the firm and the lead who would sign off on work and then try to back peddle. These two young women were clicky and backstabbing and ignored me. After signing off on my work without reviewing it she refused to take responsibility. Because I wouldn't I was terminated without being asked for my version of events. I wanted to work for this firm for years. I monitored their job openings and accepted an offer regardless of other posts I read here. I have never had such a bad experience and strongly suggest that you take a pass on this firm regardless of how good it sounds.
