It was not uncommon to have personal information shared without consent. - Incidences of management not being aware of legal accommodations, even going so far as to suggest removing accommodations. - Heavy pressure to come into the office despite being one of a few people in attendance. Even heavier pressure to attend optional events in lieu of working. - Mentorship and opportunities for learning are not there.

Every workplace has challenges. Here you are working with multiple stakeholders from overseas affiliates and HQ so sometimes there are misunderstanding but nothing major.
