Pros
Just speaking on the commerical side, it was a great company to work for. Gave a lot of freedom and autonomy, a lot of great innovative products, and good commercial management. Pay was competitive, 401k/retirement was outstanding, and the company stepped up during COVID to make flexible/remote work a reality for everyone on the commercial side. Lots of opportunity for travel, for those looking for it, including international travel (trips to France). Relationship between French and American employees was always really easy going, despite the 6-8 hr time difference
Cons
It's a French-centric company, which means if you are on the US side, it's really difficult to find roles beyond middle management, unless you're willing to move to France permanently (which to be fair, is offered for high potential employees). At times, the company is a little slow to move and there is some red tape in processes that makes it difficult to move quick.
