Management is not available for support of any kind. Safety training is unheard of, but management still expects you to live up to their "expectations." It's all a game of figuring out who will take blame when something goes wrong. There is no room for career advancement. Production is a struggle, you have to fight for resources, the right to put out waste, and maintenance is understaffed. In short, there's a very good reason for the high turnover rate.
