      Project Managent role in France, in the commercial side of the business, global exposure

      Pros

      Within Roquette human relation and work atmosphere is valued by all, employees and Management. From my experience the Work/Life balance is of high quality even for Project Managers, or Managers. Salary conditions are quite competitive.

      Cons

      Even if the Group is of significant size and has global footprint, the career management is not really existing today. Quite resitent to change but the Group is understaking major modernization. But at low pace.

      Pros

      International travel is possible. Talented people there. Respected expertise. Geneva and Gurnee are great facilities. 401k plan is unmatched.

      Cons

      French company operating in America that doesn't know what it's doing. No leadership or strategy. Opportunities for advancement are none. Family company culture is way behind it. Too small too be as slow as they are. Outdated technologies. Cost cutting its way to failure. Major riffs between locations. People strongly believe knowledge is power and thus won't share. Lots of manipulation and talking behind backs. So much red tape nothing gets done. 90% of the work is done by 10% and the real problem is the 90% don't realize they are doing nothing.
