Pros

I have been with Rose for almost 6 years. They have always treated me like family. They are very understanding in times where most employers would not be. They are flexible when it comes to your life outside of work. They have helped me more than I could have ever imagined. I honestly do not know what I would have done in some situations if I were working for anyone else. They truly are by far the best company to work for in my opinion. I hope to be a part of the Rose family until it is time to retire.

Cons

The only thing that I think could be improved is the health benefits. Other than that, Rose is top notch in all other aspects.

Rose does not back up their employees. Everyone is replaceable to them

I worked for Rose since 1999 when company was new. Back then the company was small and employees were treated well. After several years the company grew large and owners moved to LA. Before and since their move the employees have been forgotten. I was sent to work on contract with another company and it was not treated well. Rose was not on my side and this we parted ways. I feel that after 20 years with the company and hard work with years of excellent results I should not have been abandoned the way I was

Pros

Rose International has really been working over the last couple of years to improve the culture! Management has been doing a lot more to get the employees engaged and enjoying their time at work! Sometimes there are fun contests in each department, other times its a festive lunch or pot luck!

Cons

There aren't any that come to mind.
