They didn't back me up, then contested my unemployment

A paycheck, that's it. Nothing more

The Fortune 500 company I was contracted to cut my pay 10%, then told me I had to work both my old job and my new job. I declined. Rose tried to work with them (I think, fair play) but failed, so my contract was terminated. That was pure bollocks, but in the interest of fairness, not Rose's fault. I collected unemployment for 2 months, then got another job making 20k more, yay me. Now the reason for the 1 star review. Rose contested my unemployment claim, which may potentially cost me thousands of dollars. Don't work for companies like this. Oh, my healthcare for me, a single guy cost $600 a month with a $6000 deductible. No vacation, holiday time, or sick time.

Very friendly and helpful support staff. Excellent pay and they found me a position that was a fantastic fit for my skills and experience. Overall a really great experience.

Cons

No PTO. As a contractor, I really could have used paid national holidays at least, but none were provided. The medical benefits are also expensive, but that’s not unusual.
