I've spent 15+ years with Rose International and continue to appreciate the opportunities for growth and advancement. The remote work environment offers flexibility to balance work and life and leadership remains strong (esp. with the second generation stepping in to guide the company’s future). Rose’s commitment to diversity, innovation and empowering its employees makes it a great place to build a lasting career. I highly recommend for those seeking growth in a collaborative and flexible environment to come check RI out!

It was remote good benefits and incentives family like environment great job I’d definitely recommend to anyone and everyone just didn’t fit me and my children’s needs

Cons

New attendance policy definitely a little more challenging with special needs children and wish it was more flexible
