Pros

Rose's internal employees share a common mantra: "I'm a lifer". While commitment from a company -- or to a company -- is uncommon in today's world, Rose's compassionate leadership, unparalleled advancement opportunities, and competitive compensation make it the norm. Challenging work makes the workday fly by. Rose's broad client relationships provide endless opportunities for contingent workers, and internal employees to thrive.

Cons

Employed with Rose for thirteen years and counting - no regrets yet!

Pros

Direct manager and director are excellent — supportive, communicative, and invested in their teams. The IT role offers solid technical challenges and opportunities to build real-world skills.

Cons

Compensation has remained stagnant and well below market standard for my role, I have not received a raise in several years despite consistent performance. Opportunities for advancement are limited, with few clearly defined pathways for career progression. Advancement into upper management appears structurally limited, as senior leadership roles are predominantly occupied by individuals with familial relationships. This creates the perception that higher-level opportunities are not broadly accessible to the wider employee base.

Great Place to Work

Pros

You have probably heard these slogans from two large US companies: “We know what it means to serve” and “You are in good hands”. Those are excellent summaries of what it's like to work here. Rose teams are professional, collaborative, and focused on doing what’s right for candidates, clients, and each other. Rose is a great place to work!

Cons

There are no real “cons” here. Just bring a professional mindset, flexibility, and creativity to your work activities. That is key to being successful at Rose and in client projects, as it is everywhere else as well.
