      Rose are numbers pusher and no concern for employee. Only for the client.

      Pros

      Get you in on the assignment quickly. Paperwork a breeze.

      Cons

      I had to fight for my last pay through the labor department. I was sent on a job where they lied about the job description and my duties. I complained, they stood in favor of the client. My advice.....get everything in writing. You're gonna need it!!

      Change pay schedule with no notice

      You are pretty much on your own

      Cons

      The only time you hear from them is when they want something and it's always right away. They decided to change the pay schedule without written notice and then shorted my pay by one week. Now I have to wait three weeks to get paid for two.

      Flexible Work Schedule is the only pro

      This is office is run very poorly and I give all the credit to the horrible Director iof this office. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Since January 2012, a total of 11 people have QUIT this company (the office has maybe 15 people total). Employees are treated like robots, not human beings. Pay is way below the market. No matter what the director has said or promised pay wise (bonus, salary increase after so many months, etc....) he will never live up to his word. He literally makes up excuses or uses avoidance tactics to avoid honoring his committment. Get everything in writing and watch for loopholes.
