Pros

There are no pros to report

Cons

They appear legit in the beginning. Once “hired” they will send a link to submit to personnel. It asks for identifying information and bank account information for direct deposit, along with actual copies of your identifications and tax forms. It will lock up the pages as soon as their submitted so that you can’t remove information or go back. It’s becomes more apparent as you continue through the site but by the second page they will have a lot of information

Pros

Pay was good, easy to access online reports/documents.

Cons

Too much turn-over of Rose staff, Was needing long term employment. Had to print out over 100 pages for my records. Felt like I was inundated with paperwork, scanning documents, faxing, etc to get registered with Rose. All Rose service associated were difficult to understand on the phone. It sounded like the call center was outsourced to another country other than the U.S.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We dislike paperwork too, and are always working on ways to make our on-boarding process quicker and easier for our employees. However, we are required by government and client regulations to gather extensive documentation, which limits our flexibility during this process.

Pros

Flexibility in schedule, management does not come around.

Cons

Management treats employees poorly. Low pay. Health Benefits are horrible. Little to no room for advancement. Discourage innovation or ideas that could make the company more profitable. Money in their pocket is top priority. Little to no communication. Training program is a joke.
