I did get a very short 2 month project assignment after my 14 month assignment ended. But really they were not looking for another job for me.

Cons

They really don't look for jobs for you. They call about all kinds of jobs you aren't really qualified for. I have been called about a job and given one hourly rate and then contacted by another agency and given a higher rate.

Pros

It was a decent first job. I learned about recruiting and communicating effectively. The people were friendly. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a position out of college because they gave me a shot when I had no experience.

Cons

Pay was really low. There was a lack of training, specifically for new recruiters. Management was clueless in the 21st Century when it came to developing employees and learning new technology. Not much opportunity for advancement.

Laid Back environment. Management isn't looking over your shoulder every 5 minutes to see what you're doing.

Cons

Training is absolutely HORRIBLE. Management hasn't a clue what they're doing. The company is all about making money and could care less about the employees or the contractors
