There are a bunch of:
- The HQ is found in Fridolfing. It is a very small village in the anus of Bavaria. You can imagine how boring it is to live there or even around (Traunstein, Burghausen, Oberndorf etc..)
- Plus, the company does not offer Remote Working.
- Most managers (more than 95%) come from that region. So you can imagine that, as an outsider is quite difficult to make a career (I know of 2 colleagues who were doing great work in Rosenberger and went back to school to learn but couldn't get a leadership role.)
- There are not that many career opportunities. Between our department leader and engineer, there is only one level. So if you plan on making a career (like getting a PhD later or an MBA or MiM, it is a bit useless since you would not grow )
- Changing among departments is quite difficult. (For example, changing from Engineering to sales)
- Sincerely, the pay is not good. (under average competitors) Many colleagues have been leaving the company these past months, and it's all because of either money or no growth opportunities.
- No attractive international location.
