Pros

Rosenboom is a well established and stable company. Even when other companies are laying off, the owners are working to continue to bring business in and keep stable jobs for the employees. I really enjoy my job at Rosenboom and the people I work with.

Cons

Every place has it's downfalls, but overall Rosenboom is a really good place to work.

Pros

Privately owned, stable employment with room for growth. Competitive wages and benefits, with outstanding health insurance. Great coworkers and owners who care about me. I've had a number of good jobs but hope I can retire from Rosenboom.

Cons

No job is perfect but I can't think of anything that would make me want to leave here. I learned soon after high school that your get out of a job what you put into it.

Pros

Some of the supervisors actually care about you as a person. Quite a few people are good hard working people for what they get paid and all the bull you have to put up with.

Cons

First of all the pay sucks. They rate you on a scale you can never satisfy no matter how hard you work. They always have a reason to give you a small raise even if you get one at all It took me just about 2 years waiting to get on there 401K program. Lost more money in my retirement waiting for that. In the summer time its gets in the 90s and humid. All you get is a fan and try and stay cool. The place to tight to put in air conditioning. But all the bigshots and leads have air in the little offices. I never seen a place that wasted more time on having meetings. I think they have meetings to have meetings. Some of the employees depends on who they are, get away with anything. They've been complained about by several people and are just told that they will talk to them and nothing ever changes. It really makes it hard to work with these people knowing nothing will ever get done. Lots of stress. Its almost like working in a prison. They watch you like a hawk. They don't explain much to you. They pretty much tell you to go out there and learn on your own. There computer system never worked right. Started a new system this past summer and had nothing but problems. Pretty much a joke also. Let this place be a last resort to making a career. Youll never get anywhere unless the bigshots like you. All they want there is for you to work there barely making it and the bigshots live high on the hog. They have already cut everybody their hours for the next couple months. Its going to get harder and harder for them to hire much more people. Most people know the reputation of Rosenbooms. I have never seen such a large turnover of people quitting for the short time I was there. They just don't get it there.
