Rosenboom is a wonderful family-orientated environment. They truly care about their employees, and the coworkers are great! They supply an amazing product to large, well-known companies all around the United States and even the world. It is amazing what technology and equipment is used to build the hydraulic cylinders.

Cons

There are very few cons to working at Rosenboom. Overall, it really is a great place to work.

Pros

Competitive pay, top notch benefits, bonuses! I have been here 11 years and have worked in both Iowa locations. I have been given many opportunities. I have worked hard and have received excellent wage increases in return. I have many friends at work, the team is great there. The leadership seeks the input of the employees. The company is very flexible when it comes to daycare issues and family matters. I am also a member of the National Guard and Rosenboom has always supported me, even through two deployments. A great family oriented place to work with excellent values.

Cons

Can get warm in the plant in the summer time. The company does provide Gatorade during the summer.
