Store manager made the job more difficult than it had to be.

Pros

The District and Regional Managers included all the Assistant Managers in their meetings and training. The district Manager gave lots of feedback and advice to make our jobs easier.

Cons

Lots of hours to work, Store Manager micromanaged a lot! Home office made us change our displays too often. We were always changing our departments which made it difficult for the customers to find what they wanted.
