      The atmosphere is lively and the work keeps you moving.

      Cons

      Planning is almost nonexistent, leaving daily operations feeling chaotic and overwhelming. Expectations shift without warning, Communication reacts only after problems appear, and schedules change at the last minute. Support is scarce when issues arise, and feedback arrives too late to make a difference. The relentless pace drains energy and morale when organization is missing.

      Pros

      While I do enjoy baking, it's har to find any joy in it when you're in such a toxic and unwelcoming work environment.

      Cons

      Terrible pay, hostile supervisors, zero leadership, zero accountability, brutal workloads, and no opportunities to advance. If you want to hear your hair out and shave off a couple of years off your lifespan, then Rosetta Bakery might just be the place for you.
