The pay is painfully low for the amount of time and energy demanded. Long hours are treated as normal, and piling on multiple roles is expected without question. Management approaches staff with hostility and behaves as though personal time and basic respect do not matter. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone under any circumstance.

If you're thinking of working here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The place is a nightmare from top to bottom. Supervisors treat employees with zero respect. Their idea of management is barking orders and tearing people down. The culture is drenched in negativity. They pile on impossible workloads, expecting you to deliver miracles without any support. On top of that, you'll be dealing with rude, demanding customers who act like royalty while you break your back for pennies. Their pay doesn't even come close to matching the effort required, and any hope of a positive work experience will disappear by day one.
