Sorry, but I don't think there's any.

I really hate and despise the terrible leadership of Rosetta Bakery. I don't know why, but it seems like our supervisors here are always mad and annoyed. This company is filled with so many toxic and hostile supervisors, and working here feels like walking in eggshells. If you're not careful, you could get yelled at and verbally abused by some supervisors who just aren't having a good day. The extremely toxic and negative work environment really takes a toll on my mental and emotional well-being. I don't recommend working here.

Pros

Free food is offered, but it feels like a distraction meant to gloss over far deeper issues.

Cons

The pay is painfully low for the amount of time and energy demanded. Long hours are treated as normal, and piling on multiple roles is expected without question. Management approaches staff with hostility and behaves as though personal time and basic respect do not matter. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone under any circumstance.

There's a sign on bonus , but you have to work a couple of months first.

Unreliable leadership and management. Terrible pay for the amount of responsibilities and work. Long hours were normal. Exhausting.
